Model estimate. Every figure here is a model estimate under the assumptions shown. It is not a compensation survey, an observed market percentile, or advice on any individual pay decision.

Model v2.1 is calibrated to 19 publicly traded traditional asset managers. Asset mix, compensation ratio and operating margin are held at the September 2026 calibration, while market index levels are updated monthly. The model assumes annual fee-rate compression of 0.5%. The greater historical decline largely reflected shifts toward lower-fee products and is not extrapolated at the same rate. Seniority-level factors are illustrative.
