Pay against years in the current role, same job as the person selected. Tenure covers part of the population, so this is a subset.
Pay against scale
Each point is one organization's top investment job at its most recent filing, against assets. Log scale — pay rises with size, but the spread at any given size is wide.

Compensation by role
Each job against the chief, inside the same organization
One employer, one filing year, per pair — immune to which organizations disclose which jobs.
Pay mix
Median pay by year
A level, not a movement — the roster changes between years, so a rising line may be a hire rather than a raise. Movement is below. The most recent year is partial.
Pay movement by segment
The same person at the same organization in consecutive years, so the roster cannot move it. Spans all years, since a pair needs both.
Pay movement by job
The same sample, cut by job. Cutting by both at once leaves most cells below the threshold.
